It was the beginning of winter here in San Diego. And as some of you may know, winter here in San Diego isn’t much of a winter. But winter does bring in the most beautiful mist and it made an appearance for Monica and Sean’s wedding.
Sean and Monica were married at the beautiful Mt Woodson Castle in Ramona, Ca. It was a gorgeous day followed by an even more amazing evening with the fog that rolled in for the afternoon and evening celebrations.
Monica and Sean, I adore you two. You both are so kind, fun, and you made me feel like a part of your family! Thank you!
Huge thanks to Rita of Clifton Photography for having me shoot with you!

Here comes the mist!

love this postAs we traveled up the I-5, we chatted, laughed, and got to know each other better. We were headed to Santa Monica to shoot Monica and Kent’s engagement pictures. Rita asked me to come along and we had recently become friends, so we were still getting to know each other. Well, that was months ago and I can now say that we are bff’s.
We had an amazing time shooting Monica & Kent at the Viceroy and the Santa Monica Pier. The day was perfect… gorgeous, sweet couple mixed with the fabulous sun of Southern California, a picture perfect day!
Rita, thank you for inviting me and allowing me to be a part of your life!

The Superman theme is because Kent’s name is Superman’s real name in reverse
Did I lose you?

love this postHere is an engagement session I shot with my good friend Rita. We shot Sarah & Enrique’s engagement session at Rancho de los Robles in La Cresta. Sarah and Enrique are getting married in San Diego this coming fall and I am so excited to be a part of their most special day!
Sarah & Enrique, you two are the best. I had such an amazing time with you and I can’t wait to see you two again soon. Thank you for being so fabulous, kind, and fun!
Here are some of my favorites from the day.

Chantelle is a gorgeous senior at Santiago High School in Corona California.
I had so many amazing pictures from the day that I had to split this session up into two posts. Part 2 will go up tomorrow!
